INCOIN ERROR: HOW TO SOLVE INV_IOI_ERR - INVENTORY_ITEM_ID

I have this problem when run import items (INCOIN).

TRANSACTION ID : 38627

ORGANIZATION ID : 325

TABLE NAME : MTL_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE

COLUMN NAME : INVENTORY_ITEM_ID

MESSAGE NAME : INV_IOI_ERR

ERROR MESSAGE : INVALID ITEM NUMBER X12345

I can't find solution. Do you guys have any solution for that?
