We are not able to modify the flag to No as FA transactions have already been accounted in the secondary ledger.  This is explained in MOS Doc ID 2074164.1: Asset Accounting Not Creating for Secondary Ledger. Unable to modify Subledger option for Assets - Use Primary amounts

a) Can a datafix be provided to mark this flag as No for the secondary ledger and enable creation of Local FA book.

b) What are the other approaches
