OCM Installation Issue

Installed Oracle Configuration Manager 12.1.2.0.4 on Oracle Linux (v7) with an Oracle 12c (12.2 Jan 2018 patchset)) home.

No errors during installation but when attempting to run a collection or status report I get the following message:

"Collector is not setup hence cannot become central collector".

Scheduler log contains the following:

"2018-02-09 09:57:49: Oracle Configuration Manager successfully started.

2018-02-09 09:57:52, [ERROR]: Failure while performing scheduled collection directive. Collector returned with following error: Collector is not setup hence cannot become central collector".

Have removed and re-installed multiple times (as per removal instructions) and have re-downloaded package - no change.

We have many servers that have had the same release installed (from same downloaded package) and that install and perform fine.
