BI Publisher - Barcode

Hi,

I designed in BI Publisher (MS Word) to print item number, quantity and location with BARCODES (Code 128). When I designed it in BI Publisher I can see the Barcodes in Preview.

But when I print it and tried to scan it, my scanner can not read it. Scanner is not the issue, it can scan some other label barcodes.

Any idea, why I can't scan the barcodes?

Any HELP will be appreciated.
