MiniCluster BUI Access, Is there a way for the dba group to work on the database part of the bui W/O

I'm a system admin in the process of installing my first miniCluster. The DBAs have requested access to the MiniCluster BUI specifically the primary admin role. At this time security only allows the system admin to have root access. Is there way to allow the database group to have access to certain parts of the bui as requested below.

As you are aware the MCMU BUI tool now have both the SAs and some DBA management activities bundled into it.

Please create a user account for DBAs with Primary Admin role that can login to MCMU BUI and perform database administration related tasks like:
