DBA Name and Legal Name in Supplier

Hi All,

In Suppliers, there are two names Legal Name or Company Name and Doing Business as (DBA name).

Legal name- Is the company registered with taxing department like IRS.

Doing Business Name - Business Name or Trading name as company like Mcdonald's for MCDONALD Corporation.

If a company is having multiple DBA names, what is the best practice handle them to create under one TAX ID for one supplier ?

If the vendor sends the invoices with DBA name , how find this belongs to actual company with out having TAX payer ID.

Please suggest your ideas/ solutions to this problem.
