DocuSign User Authentication - Text Message

Hi,

I am unable to get SMS authentication to pass from Peoplesoft to DocuSign via User Authentication. Has anyone been successful in this? I could not find number format for the Country Code and Phone Number. I have tried:

+1 5551234567

1 5551234567

1 555-123-4567

I don't think this option is working. I was able to user "Access Code" authentication.
