Products name with special character in it not displaying on UI as per given UI Sequence

Hi,

We have some products which have special characters like '-' , '%' in the name. Now we have provided sequence for them in the UI and the expected result is that they will be displayed as per defined UI sequence. But they are not getting displayed as per defined sequence.

As per i remember there is a open bug for this in IP2015 & IP2016 . Can some one help me with the bug details as i am not able to find so in the knowledge base.
