Fat client install fail with error File D:\E920\package.inf does not exist.

Hi Team,

I am trying to install the new package of 9.2.2.1 to a fat client. I have uninstalled the Dev client install on that machine and trying to install the new full package but getting the below error.  The client machine have E1Local and 32bit client installed with supported versions for 9.2.2.1.

INFO: 02/10/18 13:01:39.872 File \E920\package.inf does not exist.

INFO: 02/10/18 13:01:39.872 File does not exist.

INFO: 02/10/18 13:01:39.872 Package validation failed. An existing package is installed, but we cannot get information about its database from the file \E920\package.inf.

INFO: 02/10/18 13:01:39.872 Validation of package in file \\USSLTCSNW3639\E920\package_inf\DVF021018.inf failed!!! Package validation failed. An existing package is installed, but we cannot get information about its database from the file
