HTTP-500 error after DB Refresh

Dear Legends,

Env - 11.5.10.2 Linux  1-node: Forms,HTTP 1-node: Concurrent,Reports 1-node DB

We did a recent DB Refresh and we didn't touch the Applications servers.

We did the standard post cloning methods and Everything went well, except the Login page throws HTTP 500 Internal server error

Issues:

- HTTP 500 Internal server error  --> This is the main issue after cloning(DB Refresh)

- Adstrtal.sh says apache started but actually not

adapcctl.sh start

script returned:

****************************************************

ERROR : Timed out( 100000 ): Interrupted Exception

adapcctl.sh version 115.55

Apache Web Server Listener is not running.

Starting Apache Web Server Listener (dedicated HTTP) ...

****************************************************

$ ./adapcctl.sh status

adapcctl.sh version 115.55
