Procedure taking more than 24 hours to complete after moving to 12c from 11g on oracle cloud

Hello everyone,

After migration from 11g to 12c on Oracle cloud. One of procedure in the database used to take around 3 hours earlier in 11g but after moving to cloud it is taking more than 24 hours.

Please guide me on this.

Any help appreciable.
