Enable Chat functionality in Siebel IP2013

Try to enable to Chat function in Siebel Call center, please provide your suggestion & steps how to fulfil the task.
From bookshelf, found following details: To support your Siebel Chat deployment, one Web server and a maximum of seven application servers are required as follows:
1) Oracle Contact On Demand Web server
2) Chat server
3) Interaction Manager (IM) server
4) Stats server
5) ACD server
6) License Manager server
7) Host Manager
8) TCP/IP Bus
1) Do we required all above software to fulfill the task?
2) Is all software are licensed version?
Without above software ,is it possible to setup chat functionality with any other method for demo purposes?
