Mail Notifications not received by customer for service request

Hello,

Customer contact did not receive any mails when the service request was updated by a call center agent. Is there any history table which stores the notification details per service request?

If possible please share the query which can show us the historical data when the mails were sent out from eBS after service request was updated.
