Resource Sequence Issue

Hi,

I wanted to perform an operation with two resources and both resources are working in parallel however work order is calculating duration by multiplying the duration of both resources.

I tried with resource schedule option as 'NO' also tried by giving resource schedule sequence number same but I am not getting my desired result.

May be I am missing something, please guide.
