Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Move VMs from 3.2.2 to 3.4

Hi,

I have very old VM pool which was created from OVM version 3.2.2

Now I have a new server pool in v3.4.4.

I need to migrate the servers from old pool to the new pool.

Rather than going through tedious upgrade process ( if there is any )

1. how can I move the VMs to new pool?

2. Technically is it possible to move VMs in .img format between major versions?
