Add a country code

We have an order that needs to ship to Curacao.  When the order is entered in Order Management the country code selected is 'ANT' (for Netherland Antilles). When the order goes through Vertex it produces an en ;Unknown Country Code' error. In Vertex the country code for Curacao is 'CUW'. If I look up the country code for Curacao on the internet it also says the code is 'CUW'. How can I set up the 'CUW' country code in Oracle EBS so that it agrees with Vertex?
