US Gross to Net report duplicate FLSA hours

We are implementing FLSA in Oracle Payroll.  We have created separate elements for Overtime and Overtime Premium.  When we run the US Gross to Net summary, both elements are included with Hours.  This overstates the total hours.  Is there a setup we are missing that might fix this?  We also use Oracle Projects and do not want the OT hours overstated when we send info to Projects.

Please advise asap
