OHS constantly restarting

We have a EBS 12.2.6 instance that we cloned from Prod. We are facing a new issue in this instance where the OHS keeps restarting every few minutes with the following error:

[core.c] [host_id: ashst95063.becpsn.com] [host_addr: 10.231.240.47] [pid:
25962] [tid: 140359681115968] [user: soracust] [VirtualHost: main]  child
process 25984 still did not exit, sending a SIGKILL

All server configurations etc are the same as Prod.

Please advice.
