Activity Guide - Publish as Pagelet

I am beginning to investigate student activity guides.  To familiarize myself with the setup, I have cloned the delivered Program Registration template.  I am stuck on the Publish as Pagelet step in Campus Community > Task Management WorkCenter > Setup Tasks >  Manage Templates.  That page is asking for Pagelet ID and Pagelet Title.  Can anyone tell me what might be sample values for the delivered Program Registration?  Is this setup to be done somewhere else?  I have been unsuccessful in finding documentation on this step.

We are on CS 9.0 Bundle 47, PT 8.54.
