How do I change the percentage Markup for Items on Sales Orders?

I believe this question is related to JD Edwards "Advance Pricing".  I am simply trying to change a Sales Order Markup percentage for one Branch Plant.  I need to change the percentage from 3% to 1.5%.  That's it.  That way, when the Sales Order is created, the Item Master Cost of the Item will get marked up by 1.5% in the Sales Order from now on, not 3% anymore.  I just need to know which JDE Menu Option contains the Field where I need to enter/change this Percentage.  The Field might be located on the "Price & Adjustment Detail Revisions",
