Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. While going through Implementation Guide and User, I often came across two words - Service Contracts and Service Agreements.

Are these two same or different terms.

If they are same, are they used interchangeably and mean the same.

If they are different, how are they different.
