EBS R12.1.3 - platform upgrade on the same server RHEL 5 - 64bit to RHEL 7 - 64bit.

We have EBS R12.1.3 running on a RHEL 5 64 bit version. It is configured on a single node.. both DB and apps configured on single node.

We would like to go for in-place OS Platform upgrade from RHEL 5 to RHEL 7.   R12.1.3 and it's database (version 12.1.0.2) are already certified with RHEL 7.

Please let me know what are all needs to be taken care once the OS is upgraded.. from oracle apps perspective... apart from OS pre-req's (rpm's and kernal settings)?

It seems there is no official document in Oracle Support which describes in-place platform upgrade scenario. There are docs available for platform migration. but which not the once i'mlooking for.
