JDE Scheduler date not picking

Hi,

I scheduled a Job in JDE scheduler and to run from 2/17/2018 monthly, but when I double click the scheduled job it is showing 3/17/2018 as start date, I dont think this job will run on 2/17/2018, why the scheduler not showing 2/17/2018 as start date?
