We are unable to change the task status while copying the existing service request

Hi,

While copying the existing service request we are unable to change the task status. It is happening for one site only and for others it is working fine. We did not try copying functionality earlier for this site.

we are using 11.5.10.2

Like if i try to copy below service request

below is the new service request created but status is open only and i can not change it.User wants to change status to quote sent but there is no other status available. For other sites we are able to select different status.

Could you please help in case some profile option or setup is missed for this particular site.
