Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. AR interface error - You cannot supply invoicing and accounting rules for your on account credit mem

Hi Team,

We are getting below error for many Credit Memo orders and those are getting stuck in AR interface.

You cannot supply invoicing and accounting rules for your on account credit memo transaction

As a workaround we are removing Accounting rule and Invoicing rules from AR interface and pushing lines.

Can anyone please tell me permanent fix for this issue?
