RMA Receipt is not being inspected and not allowing to receive in the stores

Hi,

I have tried to search in metalink if anyone has encountered similar issue for RMA receipt for WMS enabled org, but with no success I could find any related document. Hence, I am requesting if anyone can help me how to fix this issue would be of great help.

To brief, we have WMS enabled org and whenever RMA is performed it has to be received against the same LPN for the same finished goods. But, unfortunately, user had created RMA for 3 finished goods in one single LPN. When trying to inspect with all those three serial numbers it is not moving ahead and gives a note below on putty that '3.0 is maximum quantity'.
