Oracle Mobile Field Service:Desktop: Getting Error this user is not authorized to use this applicati

Hi All,

We are getting error when we launch download desktop MFG application on our laptop.

Error message: var msg='Sorry, this user is not authorized to use this application.';if(appsdb.mode==0) reEnableSyncFunction(msg); else handle_sync_exception(msg);

Not sure what causing this error. We setup up user per field service guide. Assigned all required field service roles to user resource. setup required profile.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
