Renewed service contract are getting expired after passing the start date when in entered status and

Hi ,

Renewal service contracts has been getting expired for one site only after passing the contract start date. This is happening if contract status is ENTERED and renewal type is Notify Salesrep. We need to change the contract status to signed and renewal type to SUBMIT for Approval so that contract does not expire.

Generally it should be in Entered status only after contract start date if it is not approved.

Could you please help in case some profile option or setup has been  missed for this site.

We are using 11.5.10.2 version.
