Incident Failure Analysis - Multiple Contributing Factors

Hi All

In the Incident Master I can see that there is the ability to record what seems to be a single code related to the Failure Analysis (investigation) for an Incident.

The practice we have here is to use the ICAMs methodology (Incident Cause Analysis Method) which normally results in the identification of multiple "contributing factors" that led to the Incident occurring. Our challenge, is that we need to record all of these contributing factors and then be able to report on them.

Have I missed something, or is there only one code available for this purpose on the Incident?
