non WMS Org -Pick Rule schedule through Release Sales Order - SRS Scheduled not picking orders to sp

Hi,

We have defined new picking rule for the specific customer and ship to site and Schedule Ship Dates End With in 3 days. When i pick release the order from shipping transactions it is working as expected.

What could be the reason to fail schedule pick release.
