asm diskgroup dismounted on one node

I have RAC 2 node, on node 1, the one asm diskgroup has been dismounted due to multipath issues probably, the system engineer are looking into it.

the question is, if the disgroup, let say, DATAX is mounted on node2 but dismounted on node1, can I just mount it on node1?

Or there is special cases in this situation?

[oracle@node1 trace]$ srvctl status diskgroup -g DATAX -n node1 -a

Disk Group DATAX is not running on node1

Disk Group DATAX is enabled on node1
