Siebel appserver and DB server Latency time

Hi

I have a customer with a Siebel solution, the customer wants to know what is the highest time of response that an Appserver could be wait for a response from siebel DB Server before to does by example an timeout.

And if Siebel have some parameter to configure it (response time or latency time)
