System configuration changes in xadmin

HI MOSC,

we need to push the store messages to all the stores ,

There is an option to configure the message from Xadmin , but during deployment of these changes the changes are downloaded to the store but doesn't apply immediately

These store messages needs to sent immediately to the store indicating the downtime or any important messages

Is there any way to apply the system configuration changes immediately to the stores

Please suggest
