P4312 failured to update F0911 and F4111

Dear Support

The user received about 50 lines and no records have been recorded int he F0911 (OV documents) and nothing in the F4111 (only some landed cost).

What is the best to resolve?

I was thinking about clearing the F43121(deleting or change the MATC = 4) , updating the fields PDUOPN = PDUREC , PDUREC = 0 , PDAOPN = PDAREC and PDAREC = 0 in the F4311. And  reset the status for 450/999 using SQL ( I know Oracle does not recommend direct database updates) but this

would be done with DBA and backup steps.

Then we could receive the lines again.

Note: the user reversed one of the lines and created a negative qty in Cardex and a OV document in the F0911.
