RPM Location Move price changes return to worksheet after getting approved

Hello, we are currently having some issues while running the batches locationMoveScheduleBatch and locationMoveBatch. After creating a location move to a diferent zone and running these batches, we can see that in the table rpm_price_change, some of the price changes created with these batches in the location are sent back to worksheet status while the others are approved.

Here are more details we discovered about this issue:

1. Some of the price changes what are sent to worksheet were approved previously, since the have an approval date even if they are currently on worksheet status.
