The record in HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

Hi All,

We have an issue while updating the Customer Location address. Below is the Error message

The record in HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user

I have verified the worked on this a little and found that issue could be the object_version_number but when verified that is not null both at the HZ_PARTIES for the Customer and  hz_locations also.
