ASNIn created from webservice is failing "Transfer not found for delivery"

Hi Experts,

I am trying to create Warehouse to Store transfer/shipment using IGS web service ASNOutPublishingService. Upon successful request and response, TAFR is generating ASNOut and ASNIn message for RMS and SIM respectively.

Transfer and shipment is getting created successfully in RMS from ASNOut message. However, ASNIn is getting failed in SIM MPS_STAGED_TABLE with error - "Transfer not found for delivery".

Is transfer record needed in SIM? As per my understanding SIM should only need shipment record to proceed with receiving.

I appreciate any support you can provide. Thank you so much!

PS: We are are using Oracle Retail v16.
