How is Adjustment Amount Calculated?

edited Feb 26, 2018 4:00AM in Fixed Assets - EBS (MOSC) 8 commentsAnswered ✓

Hello

Following example:

Current open period = FEB 16 , we did periodic mass copy and ran depreciation. There is an Adjustment in Feb 16 of 226,904.43 (original Addition Cost = 215,385.00  in SEP 2015)

Cost of the Asset is 226,904.43  , deprn method is STL MM 39YR and Date placed in service is 30-sep-2015.

it is calculating the Depreciation Amount correctly : 226,904.43  with rate .025641  =  484.84

But since there is an adjustment in feb it is calculating the Adjustment Amount in FEb = 101.95. How is it calculating the Adjustment Amount?

Thank you.
