R47071 Throwing Err

Hi - R47071 is throwing error and displays the following error -

Business Function F4312EndDoc at Line 34 for Event 13 in Section Database Updates has caused memory violation.

When reviewing able to see the errors in the following

1. B4200311 - UOM Err

2. B4200310 - Verify Customer PO

3. B4200210 - Verify Sales Order - Memory leak err

4. XT4312Z1 - LandedCost Record Reservation Err.

Any idea what would be actual error here? This does not work for certain orders only.
