Wyoming SUI reciprocity rules

Hello,

we have an employee whose employee master work tax area is set to be Wyoming and the source of SUI calculation has been set to calculate taxes based on employee master and not on time entry.

Now, we entered time for this employee for different states but we did not have time for Wyoming in this pay period. When we run payroll and SUI was not calculated for Wyoming or for any  other state. I was expecting to see SUI calculated for all the gross wages at Wyoming rate.

I have been reading Vertex Calculation tax but it does not say anything about  Wyoming reciprocity agreement rules and based on my selection for the SUI calculation source, I still think that SUI should have been calculated for Wyoming.
