Inserted line in F43121 cannot be seen in P43214

Did SQL to insert one Line for Purchase order in F43121 but line cannot be seen in P43214 application. Please let us know if there is any mandatory fields that needs to be updated or inserted  in F43121 so that records can be seen in the application.
