Alternate Routing

Hello,

I am having a scenario, where the Same Item is manufactured on different Production Lines. Both Production line has Same Work Centers/Machine but with different Crew Size/man Hours/Machine Hours. I am not getting how to map this scenario, as if i will create a Alternate Routing 'A' in the M type of Routing (Single Master Routing) then it will not consider it in Product Costing & i don't want to account this in any Variance.

Any Other Way to proceed with this scenario. Is the Production Line of Repetitive Manufacturing has any way.
