iReceivables Self Service Registration Error

Hello All,

I'm trying to enable the self-registration process in iReceivables and getting the below error at the end of registration.

Error:

oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Rollback to Savepoint": SQL Statement "null".;

As per metalink I have re-clicked the submit button and got the error message like ": A user account with this user name already exists.", What ever the email address I give, I'm getting the same error. How to resolve this issue?

But when I checked the fnd_user table, I can see these users are created with end-date and there is no responsibility assigned. How to proceed further?
