Unable to connect to sample database using siebel web client ip2017

Hi All,

I have just installed SIebel IP 2017 and sample database n my laptop. I am able to start the Oracle XE database and connect to sample using command line SQL prompt. I am able to connect using SQL Developer. In SQL developer I am able to browse the tables and the data.  I am able to connect using the apex web console. My tns entries are correct. I am able to tns ping from command line. I am able to connect using ODBC and do a successful test connect using all the sample user logins seen in the sample database
