Receiving error running R98403_XJDE0020 during upgrade

Looking for some expert help here. We are in the middle of running the Upgrade Workbench (Traditional) from 9.0 to 9.2. The planner validation was successful but we are encountering some errors while running the Workbench. It seems to run the DD merge fine but then stops with this screen below.

As you can see it fails for R98403 XJDE0020. In the attached PDF it generates you would notice the record insert to F9200 was successful however it still fails with the merge probably.

There was nothing in the jde log etc .. hence I proceeded to enable the debug and here what is catching my attention in the debug. (there were no obvious errors in the debug)
