DBA setup - Deduction to be happening on the following month after EE hiring

Hello,

We have a new collective bargaining agreement and we have to set deduction that have to be collected in the first pay period of the first month after the employee has been hired.

For example:

we have an employee who starts any day between February 1 and February 28, the deduction have to be made on the first period the employee works in March.

Among Table methods I don't seem to find any that meet the criteria of the "following month after the start month".
