Error when return item
Hi All,
When trying to do an exchange we got the message "no items available for return"
In xstore.log the error message is (please see below):
"1-ERROR 2018-02-13 20:49:17,043 There is no country return map entry for CA/CA :: dtv.pos.register.returns.verification.PromptCrossBorderReturnOp.isOperationApplicable(PromptCrossBorderReturnOp.java:102) [REGISTER:OCP [User]]"
I check the returned item and all its data seams fine.
It is not happening all the time.
Can you advise in this case?
