R40R010 Process Demand in 9.2 Message

Since we upgraded to 9.2 last month, our users, when running R40R010 to Process Demand, are getting a line on the output that displays:    Demand ID column:  0  Message ID column:  40R0104     Description column:  Demand Create Schedule Failed    Has anyone seen this in 9.2 or have any idea how to stop it?    thanks in advance
