EBS 12.1.3 RPC patches

we have applied RPC 5, RUP10 and EOY phase1 through 3 all patches for EBS 12.1.3. Is there any additional patches to be applied until RPC6 is released? Please advise!

When is the RPC6 for EBS 12.1.3 going to be released?

Also I am following the below note from oracle for patch releases. Is this a good approach to keep track of patches?

I did not notice any new patches for EBS 12.1.3 maintenance to be applied.

Is there any forum we can subscribe for RPC and RUP patch release information for EBS 12.1.3.
