Expense Report Comments

Is there a way to pull comments that are entered on the expense report by either the HR Supervisor and/or the Prepay Auditor to the email notification that is sent to the employee/submitter upon final action?

For example, the prepay auditor enters comments within the comment field on the expense report to note why a particular expense was denied.

Can this comment be included within the email notification?
